1. Orders & Pricing
Prices shown on the Site are for the base garment and printing as configured in our design tool; final pricing depends on product, quantity, print locations, and number of colors, and is shown before you check out. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund if that happens.
2. Artwork & Custom Designs
By uploading artwork, images, or designs, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and that it doesn’t infringe on any third party’s copyright, trademark, or other rights. You are solely responsible for the content you upload. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing artwork that is illegal, infringing, or that we determine in good faith to be offensive or inappropriate.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving your design proof before production. Once you approve a proof, you’re confirming the spelling, colors, layout, and placement are correct — we print based on your approval.
3. Order Production & Shipping
Orders begin production after payment and artwork approval. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for shipping timelines, order changes, and what to do if something arrives wrong or damaged.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including applicable tax and any shipping charges.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including logos, text, graphics, and the design tool itself — is owned by The Village Printer or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Templates and clip art provided in our design tool are licensed for use only in creating products ordered through this Site.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Village Printer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, beyond the amount you paid for the applicable order.
7. Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
